Project Description

Following the loss of control of monthly orders (uncontrolled business margins), the group wanted to implement management audits based on direct costs.

The mission involved closing a number of cost centres, objectifying indirect costs and organising the follow-up of performance by account/client instead of by workshops/production lines.

The mission also consisted of making better use of the new ERP system and training business development managers, production management and management auditors to use the new tools.

Lastly, the mission came to a close with the hiring of a new head of management audits and the presentation of monthly budgets and reports that comply with the new management standards.
