I interview one or two candidates for our team almost every day. That makes nearly 4,000 interviews in 10 years. How does one reduce 4,000 candidates to a select team of 80 Objective CASH managers? One in fifty! Selection criteria are extremely strict. Of course there are the skills, the experience of transitional situations, the compatibility between the manager’s profile and the client’s needs at a given time, but above all, there is the desire.
